Individual: $20
Couple: $35
Non-Residents Rates
Individual: $25
Couple: $40
Financial Support Program
Financial Support is available for all adults age 62 and over who reside in Lakeville. You only need to fill out an application to receive up to $30 to be used toward membership and programming at the Heritage Center Active Adults program. Applications are available in the Heritage Center office or by calling 952-985-4620. Funding sources include Dakota County CDBG and the Lakeville Lions Club.
